From a young age, Visoth has been captivated by the design of machines. Whether sketching from books or observing vehicles in parking lots and on city streets, he has spent countless hours drawing cars and trucks of all shapes and sizes.

Beyond the drawing board, Visoth is deeply passionate about the natural world. A dedicated student of science, he spends his time immersed in educational books and videos, constantly seeking to understand how the world works.

The spark for this book came after Visoth watched the Japanese series Cells at Work. Inspired by the complexity of the human immune system, he decided to merge his love for art, vehicles, and biology.

By mapping immune cells to specific machines—such as garbage trucks for macrophages and tow trucks for platelets—he created a world where "smart machines" fight cancer. Visoth calls this project his "science dream," hoping that the imaginative inventions in these pages might one day inspire real-world medical breakthroughs.
